DAVID S. SMART

President and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Senior Communities and Executive Director of Eaton Senior Communities Foundation, holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology and Long-Term Care Administration from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. He participated as a Fellow in the Inaugural Class of the LeadingAge Leadership Program in 2007 and continues his association with that group serving on the LeadingAge Leadership Network Alumni Board of Directors.

DIANA DELGADO

Chief Operating Officer, MSHSA, CASP, holds an undergraduate degree in Gerontology from the University of Northern Colorado and a graduate degree in Health Services Administration from Regis University. She is certified as an Aging Services Professional (CASP), Certified Manager of Housing and has additional credentials in housing management. Diana is a Fellow of the 2010 LeadingAge Leadership Academy and also serves on the LeadingAge Leadership Academy Alumni Network Board.

ANNA AGAZIO

Director of Community Development, re-joined Eaton Senior Communities in 2012. She served as the Director of Assisted Living at Eaton Senior Communities from 2006 until 2007. Anna has worked in the Senior Care industry since 2005.

CINDY COBLE

Assisted Living Staffing Services Coordinator, joined Eaton in 2010, as a caregiver.  She was promoted from that position to Med Coordinator, then Assisted Living Coordinator and is now serving in her newly-created position, managing assisted living staff.  Cindy currently attends DeVry University and is working toward a BA in Health Care Administration.

JESSICA CULEY

Director of Leasing, joined Eaton Senior Communities in September 2014.  She graduated with an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Journalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver.  Prior to joining ESC’s staff, Jessica interned at independent senior living homes.  Her prior work experience includes customer service and office support.

LIZ GRIESER

Foundation Administrator, joined Eaton Senior Communities Foundation in 2001 as an accounting consultant and program assistant. In 2004, she began writing grant proposals and administering grants for the foundation. Prior to joining Eaton, Liz served as a Corporate Controller. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado – Boulder and studied accounting at Metro State College.

DAVID JOHLKE

Director of Finance, joined Eaton Senior Communities in January 2014. He previously served as the Controller of a manufacturing company in Denver. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Regis University. His prior business experience includes customer service and office support.

JASON KLUECKMAN

Director of Dining Services, is an employee of Morrison Senior Living, the contractor managing ESC’s Dining Program. He began his career as Head Cook for a retirement community and then spent ten years as the Executive Chef for a private country club. Jason joined ESC in 2010 and was promoted from Executive Chef to Director of Dining Services in 2011.

MARY ANN MULLIGAN

Director of Human Resources, has an extensive background in Human Resources, with both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Eaton, Mary Ann spent over twenty years with the Tattered Cover Book Stores as a Human Resources Specialist. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado – Boulder.

MARIE QUINN

Director of Activities, has a long association with Eaton Senior Communities, starting out as the van driver, then assistant to the activity coordinator and now serves as the Activities Coordinator. She is a member of CAPA, the Colorado Activity Professional Association, and participates in the annual National Activity Professional Workshop in Denver.

KIRK REICH

Director of Plant Operations, joined Eaton Senior Communities in 2008. His background includes over 28 years of experience in health, hospital and senior care facilities, overseeing the day-to-day operations of facility services and Life Safety compliance. Kirk has also served as a Facility Service Manager at city recreation and senior centers and supervised construction projects.

SARAH SCHOEDER

Wellness Director, LPN, joined Eaton Senior Communities in March 2013. She has a long history of service to the geriatric community, including 20 years as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility in North Dakota. More recently, Sarah served as clinical support at a local PACE program. She graduated from North Dakota School of Science and has taken additional courses at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood.

REV. JIM WARD

Director of Mission and Ministry and Pastor of West Alameda Community Baptist Church, joined Eaton Senior Communities in August 2014. Jim has experience serving local churches and working in senior adult and pastoral ministries. A United Methodist pastor and graduate of the University of Denver and St. Paul School of Theology, Jim is committed to helping residents and staff find support and fulfillment in their own spiritual paths and varied faith traditions.

KATE WEST

Resident Services Coordinator, joined Eaton Senior Communities in June 2015.  Kate earned an undergraduate degree in “Program Coordination for Integrative Health” from Metropolitan State University of Denver.  Prior to joining ESC’s staff, Kate interned at Eaton during the summer and fall of 2014.  During this time, she won the “Intern of the Year” award from MSU Denver in recognition of her work at Eaton.
