Our Mission

Eaton Senior Communities is a locally-owned and operated non-profit organization that was established in 1980. Since inception, Eaton has received numerous accolades for the innovative, high-quality programs and offerings on campus. Eaton has received multiple prestigious awards including: 2021 Lakewood Mayor's Inspiration Award, 2019 West Metro Chamber's Favorite Non-Profit of the year, 2018 City of Lakewood's Sustainability Award, 2017 Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Award for Health Equity, and 2016 Metropolitan State University of Denver's Community Partner of the Year Award. Eaton's Mission is to provide affordable housing in a service-rich environment that enables all to live to their fullest potential.
