Director of Community Development, joined Eaton Senior Communities in June 2015 as the Resident Services Coordinator. Kate earned an undergraduate degree in “Program Coordination for Integrative Health” from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Prior to joining ESC’s staff, Kate interned at Eaton during the summer and fall of 2014. During this time, she won the “Intern of the Year” award from MSU Denver in recognition of her work at Eaton. Kate served as President of the Colorado Chapter of the American Association of Service coordinators while in her role. In 2017, Kate was a co-recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation award for Health Equity for her work on wellness coaching in low-income housing. In 2018, Kate graduated from the Larry Minnix Leadership Academy and was promoted to a new role at Eaton as Director of Community Development.
