As we step into 2025, we are proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone – 45 years of serving the Lakewood community! Since our founding in 1980, our mission has remained the same: to provide affordable housing in a service-rich environment that enables all to live to their fullest potential. Over the past four and a half decades, we’ve grown, adapted, and evolved to meet the needs of Eaton’s residents while staying true to that mission. We also believe providing affordable senior housing goes beyond simply offering a place to live, it’s about creating a safe and welcoming sense of community, where independence is celebrated and quality of life is enhanced. From community events to wellness programs, our goal has always been to enrich the lives of our residents.
This milestone would not be possible without the incredible residents who call our community home, the dedicated team who work to ensure the best possible experience for everyone, and of course, all the wonderful donors who support our mission each year. Your time, work, and dedication are the heartbeat of our community. While we’re taking this year to reflect on our history, we’re also looking ahead.
